County Sets Aside $6 million for Teacher Housing for North County Districts
The Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors has voted to set aside $6 million in funding to support the creation of affordable teacher housing in Palo Alto. Originally proposed by Board President Joe Simitian, the project aims to bring critically needed workforce housing to teachers in one of the most expensive housing markets in the country.
