It’s helpful to hear first-hand what folks have on their minds so we can address any issues.”   Simitian holds his sidewalk office hours at local farmers’ markets to field residents’ questions and opinions about County issues. All are welcome, and no prior appointment is required.   “The farmers’ markets are a wonderful venue for sidewalk office hours,” Simitian said.  “The setting is relaxed, easy to find, and a lot of folks stop by to talk on the spur of the moment.”   Simitian will host his sidewalk office hours at the following times and locations:   Thursday, August 20 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM Los Altos Farmers’ Market State Street, between 2nd Street & 4th Street   Saturday, August 22 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM Sunnyvale Farmers’ Market Murphy Avenue at Washington Avenue   Saturday, August 22 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM Saratoga Farmers’ Market West Valley College 14000 Fruitvale Avenue   Sunday, August 23 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM Mountain View Farmers’ Market California Street and Bryant Street Parking Lot   Friday, August 28 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM Cupertino Farmers’ Market 10150 N.
